Pre-information: Segregation of decision-making in title 12, Record of requirements for application in section 13.
This task: Recording decisions, inputting information and completing signals at all stages of the procurement.
Objective and readiness

This article sets the 12th role division and 13th application relationship as the procurement path, identifying what to answer at each stage. The path is not a fixed funnel that is used uniformly by all customers, and should be based on a confirmed process and preserve differences in business practices.
Prepares path fields: phases, decisions to be taken by clients, roles to participate, input information, suppliers can provide content, complete signals, return reasons and next steps. Phase names are used for tasks that clients understand, such as confirmation of the scope of the process, not for contact or transformation within the operation.
Method of operation
When there is no historical project, the process is marked as subject to validation assumptions and is gradually revised through customer research. A particularly complex order cannot be considered a standard process for all buyers.
Reading information is only an early act, the submission of complete specifications may enter an assessment and the approval of samples requires a clear confirmation record. A download cannot be used in lieu of procurement approval, nor can repeated consultations be counted as new opportunities for statistical convenience.
Apply examples
In the application example, the business uniform dealer first looks for OEM capabilities, then provides the style and project conditions, checks the sample, confirms the size, marking and quantity, and finally discusses bulk delivery. The researcher records every step of roles and information, an example that does not represent the true order outcome. If the client starts from the current purchase, the path may be shorter and it cannot be forced to follow an unnecessary new development process.
Another simulation of the CNC path, from drawings to technical evaluation, to sample and test confirmation. The web-based capacity page helps to determine whether or not to submit the information to help the client.
Outputs and acceptances
This product determines the procurement path with the input of the information at the stage and writes the client's chart of image and procurement issues. Each step of acceptance has roles, decisions and a signal of completion. Access indicators are not translated into business approvals, and branches can explain.
The path is given to page 15 for the verification of the procurement, followed by page 20 for the collation of the information. The client may travel through the stage, record changes and confirmed conditions, and cannot use the process as a one-way rule.
