Mandate: Consolidation of evidence, elimination of duplication and retention of reversible grounds for clean-up
Objective and readiness
The main library has collected products, client trades, attributes, problems, co-operations and market expressions that need to be merged without losing evidence. First, the sources are exported to the temporary form, the source batches and original numbers are kept, and pre-merger backups are made. The clean-up goal is to reduce duplication of management and unrelated themes, not simply to delete low search volumes.
First-round processing format: remove meaningless spaces, unify obvious case and character errors, and keep the original word as a standard expression. Numerical units, models and trade abbreviations may have business meanings and cannot be deleted at will. Original query sentences are kept separately from short keywords, avoiding cleaning with only a series of detached product names.
Method of operation
In the second round of identifying duplicates, the same language market, the same expression and the same task may consolidate the evidence of the source. The synonyms first retain different original words and relate to the same candidate theme; the same words, but different mandates, retain a branch of the task. Renumbering is not a cluster, nor does a cluster determine a web site, and these three tasks are to be clearly distinguished from the record.
The third round of inspections does not refer to the word, which is not matched by the product, the service mode, the purpose of the job study or the insufficient evidence. It is clear that the entry exclusion form is irrelevant and the reason is not relevant to the respondent; it is not deleted.
Apply examples
Example: OEM can be associated with the subject of manufacturing if the uniform is expressed in close proximity to uniform manufacturing; uniform washing, if it is a laundry service query, does not match the plant's supply. Uniform washing label requirements may also be a matter of product information, not because they all contain washing and exclude the whole group, but must be combined with a complete search judgement.
The same material in the CNC example comes from a catalogue and client query, and two evidences are retained when the merger is merged to make it easier to distinguish between factory calling and procurement expression. A query does not have a tool to search, but often affects drawing assessment and can remain in the main library; deleting it may cause subsequent technical articles to miss their real communication needs.
Outputs and acceptances
This is a clean-up keyword repository, exclusion of records, and consolidation log. The receipt and inspection compares the number of records before and after the merger, the explanation for reducing duplication or exclusion, and the sample link to the source is still traceable. When the expression is found to be merged into the wrong concept, it can be restored by the log and the last seemingly clean table cannot be kept.
Title 30 will preserve the value of the subject, the evidence and the responsibility to maintain it. The following section 32 will then combine the subject with the value of the content, and the site will be located in section 40. This section will not convert the results of the cleansing into a page, ensuring that the information in the vocabulary is relevant and then enters the page plan.
