How XML site maps are consistent with public URLs and index plans

The presentations generated XML maps containing only valid URLs that wish to participate in the search, providing operational steps, examples of applications and acceptance points, and helping foreign trade factories and the B2B team to conduct web-based SEO exercises.

Pre-information: Standard URL confirmed in title 74 and Public Scope and Indexing Scheme in title 73.

This task: Generate XML maps that contain only valid URLs that you want to participate in.

Objective and readiness

The XML site map provides a list of URLs that are expected to be found in the search system, but not a non-differentiated export of all addresses on the site. Prepares a table of correspondence, public scope and page lists, filters the content that is officially published, accessible and wants to participate in the search. Drafts, backstages, private files, re-directed accesses and pages that do not want to be indexed should not be mixed into this submission, setting the rules before CMS is able to generate the file.

Map management forms record page numbers, URLs, templates, release status, index expectations and most recent material change dates. Linked to the keyword map, you can confirm whether the focus page is missing, and you can find that CMS has exported the test or duplicate address. Maps help to detect content, but they are not a substitute for linking classification to the body, and the website should still provide a normal navigation that users can use.

Method of operation

Checks whether the generated XML is properly parsed, whether the address is using the selected complete URL, and whether the special characters are being processed correctly. Each entry checks the response with the actual page, noindex and Canonical, and the basis for the signal is not aligned. Splits as required when the size of a single file exceeds the limit. Google currently sets a maximum of 50,000 URLs for a single map and does not compress the size of 50MB.

The map also has maintenance triggers, such as the release, deletion and automatic updating of URLs, to avoid editing pages and to keep files in their old condition for long periods.

Apply examples

When the old model addresses are moved, the map should use the final standard version. If a classification has no real content for the time being, the business processing should be completed, and the search system should be expected to use the empty page as a valid information instead of adding the map.

When access is available, the map is submitted to Search Console and access and processing is observed, and the location of the map can be provided in the robots file. The completion of the submission does not mean that the map has been read, but the actual reading status is to be seen; even if the reading is successful, it does not guarantee that each URL is captured, indexed or ranked. If the page does not have an index, the content and technical conditions must be checked and the map cannot be submitted repeatedly or the number of times the same address appears.

Outputs and acceptances

A small number of sites should also be organized in such a way that they do not have to be broken down into a large number of documents to appear as professional; the split should be based on service management and tools, rather than creating additional submissions.

The final output map rules, accessable files and records, and the designation of the person responsible for generating and checking them. The representative page of the map is sent to the text rendering to confirm that the inclusion of the address is not just a return success, but a real answer. The map is the basis on which this step can be controlled by finding and regularizing supporting signals, maintaining consistent pages, links and content.
